Facilities were very good! The staff was helpful and kind to all requests. Rooms were comfortable and clean, also quiet during nights.

Convenient hotel and free parking, magnificent location in the nearby area. Location near the mall, the shops across the road, and Hermosillo. For tea or coffee visit Bendita Patria Cafe nearby;)))

The shuttle service needs clearer communication and reliability!!! The front desk staff could use some serious customer service training!!! Rooms felt smaller than expected. They could maximize space better!!!

The hotel was modern and clean, with a nice pool area where the kids could cool off. We appreciated the friendly staff, especially the handyman who went out of his way to help us with our luggage. We even traveled with our non-service dog, and the stay was pleasant for all.

My kids wished there were more breakfast options available.

Hampton inn is great. The breakfast was fantastic, and the outdoor pool area was nice and relaxing. The handyman who drove the shuttle was a lifesaver, helping me get my bus ticket and even translating for me. It's also conveniently near a shopping mall with plenty of pubs nearby.

This was just a solid selection for a passing visit in Hermosillo with excellent value for money. The hotel's beds were cozy, and it was great having English-speaking staff around. Be mindful of the water if you're not accustomed to local sources.

my stay at hilton was fantastic! the staff was friendly and accommodating, providing everything i needed during my recovery from surgery. the cleaning staff did an amazing job, meeting my specific requests. the buffet breakfast was great, and the restaurant food was delicious.
